I thought Trump said he was going to crack down on Wall Street? So much for that.

Drain the swamp is the biggest farce that the Trump sheep gobbled down hook, line and sinker so far.

Let's face it, the last time we the people cracked down on Wall Street?

"Under the surface of the governmental regulation of the securities market, the same forces that produced the riotous speculative excesses of the “wild bull market” of 1929 still give evidences of their existence and influence. Though repressed for the present, it cannot be doubted that, given a suitable opportunity, they would spring back to pernicious activity. Frequently we are told that this regulation is throttling the country’s prosperity. Bitterly hostile was Wall Street to the enactment of the regulatory legislation. It now looks forward to the day when it shall, as it hopes, resume the reins of its former power.

...After five short years, we may now need to be reminded what Wall Street was like before Uncle Sam stationed a policeman at its corner, lest, in time to come, some attempts be made to abolish that post. ..."

Yes, this is what big money in politics looks like. Globalist elite fat cat banksters pay to play. The Trump administration is the most Goldman Sachs heavy administration ever, with "Goldman/government Sachs" controlling all the most important economic levers of power". The Wall Street casino is now re-opened and the 99% will have to pay the price once again.

Yep. Remember when he said this: "She (Clinton) is owned by Wall Street!" Guess he is too. A far cry from the self-proclaimed "outsider" status.

The Dodd-Frank bill is garbage anyway. It ONLY hurt the little people by allowing banks to raise fees on them to make up for the costs of the regulations. I'm glad the Left who is supposedly FOR the little guy is showing their hypocrisy yet again.

A blind man could see how this was going to go, especially given the cast that Trump lined his cabinet with. They are as far removed from his working class voters as a pig is from a space ship. Every decision he will make is going to be slanted toward making the rich get richer on the backs of ordinary folks.

Proof? Please provide details rather than broad assertions. And what do you have against the Fiduciary Rule?

One of the differences between Dodd-Frank & say ... something like ... the Glass-Steagall Act (Banking Act of 1933) is that Glass-Steagall was not written by Wall Street.

I'm sure you've read all 800+ pages of the bill and know every single thing about it to say it's garbage right?
