I'm fine with everything that's happened. This is the land of the free. I like seeing people protest. It's why I served in the military.

I'm not a liberal, nor did I vote for Trump. I'm a moderate Republican/ independent.

Protests are fine- good old Constitutional rights being displayed. There's a ton to not like about Trump, the hacking scandals etc. We should demand accountability.

Violence and destruction of property? Those folks deserve to feel the full extent of the law. Period.

However butt wipes like Milo? Keep preaching the hate and the hate will bite back. Karma is a sob. He is Brietbart and so is Bannon. The far right has no moral high ground to preach from without the stink of hypocrisy leeching from themselves.

I voted for Gary Johnson, not Trump. I disagree with a couple things Trump has done but other than that, overall approve what he is doing, including how he is doing it because I am sick of how politicians drag crap out, adding their pork or other special interest projects to everything. Fix the problems now... and Trump seems to be doing just that.

I think the crying and temper tantrums across the nation are an embarrassment. There are proper ways to express political views, and what the protestors have been doing is not among them. There are 3 coequal branches of government and either of the other two could step in at any time and stop what Trump is doing (the courts have already done this on an issue that I agree was handled improperly) yet protestors want to have tantrums, using Trump as an excuse for breaking things and assaulting others who don't believe the same things they do. Others are crying, demanding he be impeached (that started immediately after he was elected and got much worse after he was sworn in. A couple have been seditious, calling for a military coup to remove Trump in direct violation of law. A few more have called for his assassination, which is completely uncalled for and is also illegal. I know 4 year old children who behave better than that.

The folks on the left who are doing these things (I know it's not everyone on the left, but it seems to get the most attention because it is undeniably outrageous behavior) are making this nation look like a bunch of petulant children. They are a disgrace, and the ones violating laws should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their crimes.

President Trump is fixing things that should have been fixed many years ago, but the politicians in charge have consistently sold out the American people for special interest money. It appears that under the Trump Administration this status quo nonsense will stop, and I support that wholeheartedly. It's about time someone in politics has a spine and acts in America's best interests. I realize I disagree with tariffs and with denying due process, but like I said, I don't agree with all of President Trump's agenda and policies. I have yet to agree 100% with ANY politician including my favorite, retired Congressman Ron Paul.

Let me close by saying I think it could be MUCH worse. Had Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton won, I suspect our nation would be closer to total collapse and I don't see that under President Trump.

But that's just MY opinion, for what it's worth.

I didn't vote for Trump but, all these protests won't do anything but make people be afraid to talk.
I believe this is how we came to this point in the first place.

Trump doesn't fit in either box, democrat or republican. He is clearly a populist and when a country votes in a populist it's time to listen, not yell because something is wrong.

Since so many angry groups are marching and rioting, people aren't going to talk about it or work together to fix our problems. It's a shame, who knows where we are headed.

I'm going to listen, and watch what comes out of this. So far he hasn't done much different than any other president but he is just getting started so we will see. People are sick of war, lack of healthcare and lack of good, solid employment they can feed their family with.

What do I hope comes out of all this? That people start listening and working together. If not we might as well split up into different countries that share ideals similar to the European Union. That way we can at least go to the country of choice where we think our needs are being met. Being such a large country with such diversity might just be the problem, not the solution anymore.
