I have been through Compton several times on the Blue Metro line from Long Beach and Union Station.
I would rather live in a $300 apartment in Nebraska then have the biggest house in Compton.
I have been through Compton several times and it profiles the deep tragedy and awful legacy of liberalism.
People from middle-America and also liberals who segregate themselves behind gates in California can't even imagine how just 10-15 minutes in places like Compton can put someone in a deep depression.
There are people who get on in the Compton who get on the trains and try to sell stolen items for discounted prices.
Last time I as on the Blue Line, there was women screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs. The train reeked of bodily fluid. The Blue Line spends much of the train trip in the Compton area.
Liberals prefer to pay more to live in neighborhoods with rampant violence and third world living conditions as opposed to beautiful mansions in conservative places with solid American values.

It has character. And any black Chicago pimp or Milwaukee pimp would be pleased to live in it. But that is a Lake Front area mansion, so, it's almost an exclusively white neighborhood. A very safe area for the most part where women jog and liberal people of high income walk their dogs.
But I think the person that posted the two contrasting pics was trying to insinuate Austin, Texas is a conservative city (Milwaukee is so liberal, so owned by Democrats, it used to be a socialist hotbed) because it is in Texas. I could be wrong, I'm from and in Milwaukee, but my understanding is that Austin is one of the liberal cities in Texas. But as I said... I could be wrong about that.
OP sounds like he/she is extremely jealous of people who live in Compton.
That can't be possible unless one envies the raped, tied up, and tortured.
