How many men do you suppose are paying child support for a kid they adamantly did not want?
I don't even know why your arguing about this as rare as it is. The cases are so rare they could be decided on an individual basis.
oh come on you know that plenty of woman do this all the time to professional athletes.

the woman can abort, the man can opt-out.

Your right the article say either.
One could more easily get around there ever being an injunction but if it comes to needing permission from the father, which would also require a DNA test, that will definitely restrict abortions. I don't think some will be happy until we regress to back ally deadly abortions.

The only places in the South worth respecting or living are Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Charloette, and a few others. Every other place is utter garbage like Spartansburg, SC (yuck!) or Arkansas (Yuck!) or ...

All the time? Like the article sited where the athlete was paying for 12 children from his 4 from his soon to be ex wife and and the other 8 from 7 different women he was screwing.

I think the problem then lies with professional athletes moral character, not with the other 300,000,000 people in the country.

Why is what I said hating women? It's hating being irresponsible. Do you really not understand that?

No that everyone should assume protection for themselves. Having control over your own reproduction.
I'm not going to rely on a man telling me he had a vasectomy or that he is going to have a condom. I am going to take responsibility for my own fertility by using my own contraceptive and carrying condoms just in case.

Apparently, they don't know that.

Although, one of them finally did admit that a man must always assume women are lying about birth control.
