1) Grow up and realize he doesn't run Iran
2) Learn what diplomacy is and how it's usefully applied

Let's see if he can manage these two basic elements of presidentin'.

Nice try, but it was the Bush Administration, not Obama, that literally sent over "pallets of cash" that just disappeared. And it was in the billions of dollars.
