Correct, this is a free market wide open choice for both parties involved.
Why are they renting to illegals in the first place?
Seems as long as the rent is getting paid and the place is not getting too trashed, there is no problem.
The way to get people to move out when they do not want to go and they are way past due on rent, with refusal to follow eviction notices.... As the landlord, go remove the windows, door frames(garage door) and electrical meter. Then call the laws and say someone is living in your house that is being remodeled. The house is not livable without windows and doors according to the city codes and they get cuffed and stuffed. You get a big pull on dumpster and in goes all their crap and a wrecker to haul off all their cars.
i am not pro landlord- most are crooks and abuse the renters- but I do get many are not clean and trash the place as well- but immigration-has nothing to do with a bad renter-
Yeah what happened to the promised mass deportations?
Lol
This is your delusion talking to ya.
Trump has not even got his cabinet in place, to start setting the table.
Due time my son... due time. Week 2 has been too productive, I'm sure they have not got sidetracked, just obstructed. Due time, son. Due time.
Wait till cities see a money maker for revenues. A tax for those renting to(the landlords) non-citizens of the communities, like Hotels have to pay.
Austin TX. has a Tax like that on House rentals for non-residents.
I didn't know California had any laws that require landlords to check citizenship.
The only qualifications in places illegals look to rent from are, deposit along with 1st and last months rent.
