From the NPR article:

A proper title should say: "Court refuses to rule on DOJ's appeal and requests for more information."
The title was 100% correct

The DOJ asked for an emergency stay in the ruling while the case makes it through the Courts. That request was denied, and a time frame given to produce the evidence for each side.

Leave the Constitution out of the argument.
Look at 8 USC 1182 instead. I have posted the relevant portion several times in other threads. the power of the President to issue a proclamation restricting immigration of certain aliens or a class of aliens is absolute!
read it!

If you are going to insist on some Constitutional grounds, please cite the Article and Section or Amendment that you think applies, and explain why.

And the social welfare the liberals love so much is working so well for the blacks, latinos that they pander to but never seem to get out of poverty and violence.

"Vetting lapse."

Got that? That's what Trump was trying to prevent, to keep Americans safe.
Good catch.

It's the 9th Circuit....what a shocker.

The 9th Circuit is the most over-turned appeals court in the US.

A bunch of self righteous folks defending a morally bankrupt vlown tooth and nail.

That is the funniest irony thus far.

Yawns its become more centrist under Obama, of course for Trump to achieve his goals the courts must be filled with radical bigots so...

California's notoriously liberal ‘9th Circus' court of appeals is growing more centrist - LA Times

It has far and away the largest docket size of any appeals court in the US

So? Obama is no longer president; we are discussing the current disaster, Trump.

Had he done it right the first time - probably wouldn't have had all this confusion.
