President Trump's travel ban remains suspended, after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit denied a Justice Department request to stay the suspension of President Trump's order.
It's not fake news. Dept of Justice asked the appeals court for an emergency stay and the emergency stay was denied. The emergency stay would have temporarily reinstated the travel ban prior the appeals case ruling. The appeal is still being evaluated but the emergency stay was denied. All news agencies are reporting this.
I guess there will be more judges for Trump to attack. Anyone who disagrees with him in anyway gets disparaged or fired. As an extreme narcissist, he cannot accept any form of rejection.

It's fake news because it sounded like the entire appeal was denied.

"The court asked opponents of the ban to respond to the Trump administration's appeal by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PT; the court asked the Justice Department to respond by Monday at 3 p.m. PT."
A proper title should say: "Court refuses to rule on DOJ's appeal and requests for more information."

We all know that Trump was well within his power to restrict visas from these countries. Extreme narcissist? Look towards Obama. That man is the definition of a narcissist . From his executive order regarding illegals that the supreme court rejected. To him blaming everyone else besides himself for all his crappy policies that destroyed half the world.
It's not favorable to Trump. That automatically makes it FAKE NEWS! I believe that is now the official definition of the term.
Basically, anything that Trump wouldn't like is FAKE NEWS!! We're seeing this play out again and again, as the cultists parrot their master without conscious thought. In truth, I don't think they are capable of conscious thought any longer.
Trump LOSES again. Imagine if this was reverse, and Obama was tweeting at judges. Wasting money with this circus.
You really have no clue, do you? Obama had more executive orders overturned than any other president, not just raw numbers he had a worse percentage of EO that were overturned too. 55% of his were overturned. Don't let the facts get in the way of your ignorant Trump rant though.
