A 68-year-old San Antonio man whose life prison sentence was commuted by President Barack Obama is back in jail after authorities say he crashed his car into another vehicle while fleeing from officers following a drug deal.

A federal magistrate judge on Friday ordered Robert Gill held without bail pending a hearing later this month.

He's now charged with possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.

Good Job Barack. There was a reason this guy was sentence to life. Luckily he didn't kill anyone . Same goes for this idiot that President Hussein let out. How can you screw up your second chance at life at 68 years old?

How many more of Obama's pardons are going to end up this way? This isn't the first.

LOL...yeah. Because if you give a guy a second chance, that's a guarantee that he'll always do the right thing.

So using that logic, let's not ever release anyone from jail. Life sentences only no matter how minor the offense.

Someone else he let out was assassinated at a halfway house in Detroit. Sometimes these guys are just better off in the slammer finishing their sentences.

How the heck did get get out of the slammer then managed to get his hands on 500 g of cocaine? Thats a pretty big drug deal. This guy must have had drug money stashed in a hiding spot .

Because they make connections in prison...

And you don't need drug money for an initial purchase if you get vouched for. You can get it on consignment fairly easily.

As if there is a difference between letting them out after they serve their sentence and commuted their sentence.
