Not all judges are elected and NO federal judge is elected; they are confirmed by Senate.

tRump can disagree with judges, but his childish retorts are unbecoming the office he holds.

If he said he didn't put faith in any poll that would be one thing. He says to only ignore the negative polls.

That's because we don't think he sucks. Why do you find it so hard to understand that others may see things differently than you?

You obviously don't believe in anything he says anyway so why are you so hung up on that statement?

Very alarming? One can easily extrapolate that these polls are from the same geniuses that wrongly predicted the outcome of the election.
I remember your prediction. LOL.

People with religious beliefs should be questioned. The day people stop acting as if religion is above questioning is the day we stop enabling this behavior and begin to see how nonsensical religious believers are. No religion or belief system is above being questioned.

polls & surveys are incredibly difficult to conduct 'scientifically' and are prone to bias whether it's conducted by "the left" or "the right". All political polls these days have manipulated data where they pick a certain percentage of democrats, republicans, and independents. The pollster makes a best guess that what a representative sample should be.

A perfect example is the latest poll being used to show how horrible Trump is doing - the public policy poll - their curated sample was 41% democrats versus 30% republicans - AND it took 30% of its responses from the internet!

I'm not saying this as a trump voter - I am saying this as a guy who studied this and conducted surveys in an academic setting (Behavior Sciences graduate school -- It's NOT scientific.

True.
That "so-called judge" totally ignored the provision in 8 USC 1182 which gives the President the absolute authority to issue a Proclamation restricting immigration by any people or class of people anytime he deems it necessary to the security of the United States. That Proclamation, when issued, is not subject to review by any other authority, in any branch of government. There is simply no provision in the law for such a review.
For your information and edification, here is the applicable portion of 8 USC 1182:

"(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline."

THAT is the LAW! We ARE a "Nation of Laws", are we not?
