I'd never heard that before....

I do know that the term "snowflake" in its current usage originated from within the Alternate Right to disparage people who disagreed with Alt-Right social media postings.

Usually unemployed, 18-26, huge amount of debt from student loans taken out for worthless degree. Born in or near a mall and have never been outside of city limits. Zero input from single parent that lets them still live at home and watch reruns of drama tv all day vs looking for a job. Blames everything on political process that didn't go the way they were told should be correct. Walls of participation trophies. Drives prius or other electric vehicle(given to them out of guilt) and attends every protest available to make self feel better about personal status. Has every social media account known to man and averages 4 hours a day doing selfies on I-phone (also given to them).

Does that about cover it?

Depending on your interpretation, it could be a young impressionable person of any political persuasion, or even a POTUS with a thin skin unable to deal with criticism.
Yeah pretty much at this point.

Everyone has been applying the term " snowflake" to only democrats but does it also apply to all overly sensitive young adults?
Liberals, progressives, aka the precious little participation trophy types who get hurt feelings, who think empathy is useful and often have their wussy hurt because they have no clue how the world works.

Democrats are your snowflakes, the idiot progressives just throw it back because they think it angers the conservatives. It is just another example of them not understanding the definition of the word and using it as they choose.

The term special snowflake was coined to describe people who want to get an education without getting raped a bunch. I mean, really? What the hell do you expect being female and in college, right? Or wanting clean air and drinking water. I know? Entitled elitists. What we really need is to bring back miserable coal jobs.
