Yeah, I guess that law school and legal career thing didn't count.
He accomplished exactly nothing in 8 years. What he did do is being undone because it's so ridiculous.

Yep, that great education did wonders for us.

Exactly, this is why they were so easily duped. Having tons of money does not equate with brilliance. Lots of con artists are good at scamming people out of their money like Trump.

Other billionaires like Gates, Buffett made their money because they use their brilliance to design products or invest wisely.

When posters on C-D show support for trump it proves they were duped.

You people were warned about putting somebody in office with zero political experience. The first two weeks in office shows that he and his whole White House team are in over their heads.
So far the only thing they have done is supply material for SNL

Must feel terrible for dems to lose to the 'most undereducated president' in our history. It won't get better for you guys the next election either. Like trump said we will get "tired of winning" after a while.

We listened to him a lot, for over 8 years. The "empty chair" bit by Clint Eastwood was entirely appropriate. Many people considered him to be a golden voice issuing from an empty suit. Towards the end of his term, many of us began to wonder how we could have ever considered him a good orator.

Legal career? How long was he a practicing attorney? How many clients did he represent? How many votes did he cast as a Senator?

The thread title says under-educated. Trump is not under-educated.

Trump's Exchange on Asset Forfeiture is Quite Discomfiting
I just checked with President Trump, and he gave me the figures on how much he spends on escalator maintenance alone.
More than you'll make in your lifetime, including your mis-matched cat food bowls.

I did, while considering the source. Nuff said.

Trump’s Tiny Thumbs Were a Big Fundraising Asset in Campaign

It's so predictable!

Anything a non-leftist says means whatever the leftist writer decides it means.

"In reality, of course, none of the controversy over asset forfeiture centers around what authorities do when they find a 'huge stash of drugs' — Team Let Them Keep Illegal Drugs has approximately zero members. So what’s striking here is the manner in which, over the course of an exchange that lasts perhaps a couple minutes, Trump progresses from learning of the existence of a new (to him) concept, to misunderstanding completely what it is and why it’s controversial, to developing a strong opinion about it painted in a childlike understanding of the world and of morality (“Who would want that pressure, other than, like, bad people, right?”), to expressing outrage that anyone could have an opinion about it that diverges from his own."

By linking "huge stash of drugs" to forfeiture of assets, Trump has taken the option of taking cash and other assets in the absence of "a huge stash of drugs" off the table. No?

The concept of forfeiture wasn't "new" to him. The changes designed to curtail abuses by law enforcement, what Boente was all pissed-off about, is what Trump promised to "look into". No?

When he looks into the changes to the asset forfeiture program, he'll see that it is abused by rogue cops and may, unlike all the presidents before him, notice that the program deprives the accused of their due process rights.

As it stands right now, he has promised to look into changes to the program.
