Private systems also mean individual performance metrics, something that scares the crap out of the lazy government workers.
Do you know what charter schools do when the kids aren't making the cut? Send them back to their public school. Imagine how long it is to have good results, with a self select the population of motivated, involved Paris, and the ability to boot the low performing students.

Personally, I am not concerned about her nomination. Her family paid $200 million for it, so lets hope she does a better job than she did in Michigan where things went the wrong way under her agenda.
