Actually no. I remember quite clearly The Donald saying that the Health Care Plan was all set to go on day one. It needed only the final touches, but it was ready to go.
ACA has been imploding for the last 4 years and will be dead in 2.
Where is the Democrat plan to repair it and keep it alive?
There were many such attempts in the six years that followed its passage. They all ended when the GOP, who held the majority in Congress, flatly refused to consider any of them, because their goal was to make sure the ACA failed. So now you want to blame the Democrats for not fixing what the Republicans refused to consider fixing? Yeah, that sounds like typical GOP logic.

The democrats have failed to fix healthcare for the last 25 years, Trump hasn't even been in office for 25 days, and you dems are demanding a solution right now.

As others have noted, the GOP that voted multiple times to repeal the ACA also claimed that they had a replacement ready.
They surely must know the ins and outs of the legislation by now, no?
So, why the delay on the ACA replacement?
