"Causes of death: the explosion of cheap natural gas, the rising costs of new environmental and worker safety regulations, and a simple geological reality—the industry has already mined out the majority of all economically recoverable coal."
There's a lot of reality Trump supporters are ignoring.
Coal and steel are a enormous part of manufacturing and manufacturing loss is occurring because of globalization and outsourcing. The U.S. now imports twice as much as it exports and we now have a trade deficit that has ballooned to $800 billion on an annualized basis, its insane how much we lose every year
Germany and Asian competitors are strengthening their capacity to manufacture and compete, U.S. companies are focused on the short-term issue of maximizing the share price and making wall street money
Outsourcing and globalization is happening in every field, including engineering fields like my own , you can see it with hb1 visas
"According to Fortune magazine, in the next year China will produce 3.3 million university graduates, all of whom speak English. India too will turn out 3.1 million English-speaking graduates in engineering alone “China’s graduates will number over 600,000, India’s 350,000, America’s only about 70,000”

And what does that have to do with Trump bringing back 10,000 of thousands of coal jobs but no one can show where they are? Let's not forget Trump himself bought Chinese steel.

Trump doesnt have to bring back coal like everyone states, Appalachian coal is high quality and essential to steel, coal and steel production are essential to bring back american manufacturing and keep Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia,Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania red .The electoral votes in the rust belt are essential to win the presidency
There were counties in western Pennsylvania and Ohio and West virginia and across Appalachia and the rust belt that have not voted for a republican since the 1920s that voted for trump. The Democrats just assumed they would win many of these blue wall states, they were wrong.
It may be high quality coal, but it's very expensive coal. Therefore many steel manufacturers will not buy it, that's why these mines were closed in the first place.
And yes, the people from these areas did vote for Trump, but he has proven to be what most sensible people always thought he was, a one dimensional blowhard.
The first two months of his presidency have been an unmitigated disaster, the worst start to a presidency in US history. And why has this happened? Well it's pretty simple, Trump is simply not up to the job. Two of his closest advisors are his daughter and son in law, a dress designer and a business man, who, when it comes to affairs of state, know absolutely bugger all.
You Snowflakes guys are so delusional....as you were before the election, so you are afterward. Trump's support is rock solid and he'll win bigger in 2020, especially after Republicans payback the Dems by using the intelligence services to spy for political purposes and using the IRS to intimidate Dems as the Dems did to Conservatives.
This is an WND article so Trump supporters can't call it fake news. WND is typically a very right-leaning news source. Trump's support among independents is down to 29% and among Republicans its down to 74%. You may think that is very high and it is, but it's down 14 points from last month. I think the first crack's in Trump's support among his base are starting to show.
Couple things on this one...
Congratulations on finding a new cherry-picked outlier.
I voted for him. He's doing what he promised despite Repub and Dem opposition. That's effective enough for two months.
What did he promise that he achieved? What has he done, exactly? Other than causing disruption and deception, tweeting, making up false stories, not understanding or doing his job, lying, not divesting, spending tax payer's $$ on every weekend getaway (though when campaining, he said he would "never leave the WH, he would work harder than anyone"... always deceiving.. overall, just faking it.

What? Are you guys even paying attention to what is going on? I know you want to believe whatever you want, just like your leader does, but there comes a time...
