Sounds as if the only source for it was a disgraced Democrat Senator Blumenthal who apparentely lied about serving in Vietnam and about being captain of the Harvard Swim Team.

Sounds as if you didn't read it. It clearly points out there is no proof at all that Gorsuch did say such a thing. And furthermore it's coming from someone who has the low morals to actually lie about serving in Vietnam.

Kelly Ayotte confirmed he said it, as did Sean Spicer, they are simply arguing that he did it as a generality, not as specifically talking about one case for legal reasons.
But that like me saying it isnt cloudy outside because i legally cant say that it is sunny. It means the same thing.
