How dare he seek to delegitimize the status of people who have already met our requirements not only for entry, but also residency!

My guess is they're working hard to find a way to uphold the TRO without getting slapped down by Justice Kennedy or overturned by the USSC 8-0.

If any future act of terrorism is tied back to anyone who came into the country during this stay, I would fully expect a large group of citizens to show up at these "judges" homes with pitchforks, torches,... and rope.
