The government bans chocolate. You think there were a bunch of ticked off women during all of the women's marches - we'd go super nuclear if chocolate were banned lol. Lots of guys would too, just probably for different reasons.

Well wait I think you should be more specific. And since it's close to Valentine's Day give the types/brand that would most send women into fits if it was banned.
This thread assumes it would be one thing that does away with societal order. The reality is that it is little things everyday that have been whittling away at the glue holding the country together. A court decision here, a piece of legislation there, media lies everywhere. There's not much holding things together now already.
When Trump's behavior gets even more out of control and his close advisers decide that they really cannot work with him anymore. They are tired of protecting him and making excuses for him. They'll try to put it to him in a nice way, telling him that even though he is great, they sense that he would be happier and greater if he went back to doing things that he enjoys. Things like tv shows, making real estate deals, making money.
Depending upon how he reacts, all Hell could break loose.
Something happens to the potus. On purpose. Not sick etc...
