One can only hope. That being said, that Neo-Nazi Bannon and religious screwball Pence are at least as dangerous as Trump, and probably more so since they are emotionally stable enough to remain in office and wreck havoc. If Trump goes, those two will have to be "neutered" to save the union.

It is utter disgrace to this nation that here we are, into the 21st century, and we still have national level politicians subscribing to racism and dangerous (and technically illegal) mixing of religion and government. As bad as Hillary is - and don't get me wrong, she's horrible - at least she wasn't debating if blacks really deserve the same place in society as whites or if it's OK to force everyone to do "what duh bible sayz!"

Um, no - exactly the opposite has happened.

Trump's historically low approval ratings have continued to slide even lower. If the election were held today, he'd lose, period. He only won the electoral college and lost the popular vote, and that was while there were still some people gullible enough to think his insanity and bigotry was "all part of a big act." Surprise, snowflakes - he actually is a crazy bigot! What a shock! A blunt, tactless oaf acting exactly as he promised and how he's acted his whole life. Color me surprised.

Can we please can the "alternate facts?" Trump sucks and has done nothing of value so far. His entire career has been a laughable disgrace - he could have literally made more money (and harmed fewer people) if he'd put his "starter millions" in an index fund. Claiming everything is great when the facts speak otherwise is silly and easily disproven, and claiming that Trump is doing wonderfully because "he's hurting liberals" is insanity - hate is not a governing strategy - and only serves to fuel the stereotype of right-wingers being bigoted thugs lacking empathy or perspective.

Trump has managed to be the first at many things so I won't be surprised if he is the first to resign, be impeached or just be wheeled out of the White House.

Take your pick!
I'm going to explore the "wheeled out of the White House" option... in a straight-jacket.

Let's consider something. Trump's father died of dementia, among other things. Trump is 70 years old... not exactly a young person anymore. And he's made his career on being basically a flamboyant nut-job.

So, the troubling question is this: if Trump actually was starting to suffer from the same degradation in mental capabilities that claimed his father's sanity, would anyone notice before it is too late? Trump behaves like a spoiled brat that's out of touch with reality on the best of days - if he went mad, how would you know? And would saner heads be able to stop him in time?

You don't think Pence would pick new advisors, thus leaving Bannon out ?

She has actually had worse. No problem. Just got back from a month in Colombia for Christmas! No problem entering.

Again though, I have always bought tickets with long layovers just in case of an issue because a little nervousness here, or difficulty breathing there, or buying a ticket on extremely short notice for just a couple days (almost how most are purchased) are all ways that may make them interested. It does not matter where your from either but it seems whenever something like that is done to someone of the middle east it is racism. They probably did something that triggered detention, just like this average looking white American did!

I dont think Trump will make 4 years. He's just too nutty to make it that long. As far as Pence taking over. He thinks the world is only 6000 years old. That dinosaurs and humans were living at the same time. He can watch the Flintstones and think it a documentary.

ah so this is liberals new tactic. "If duh election was held today Hillary would win!".

Tell me, why didn't she win in the first place when she had 2 billion dollar campaign, the supposed best ground game one could have, all of the media and Hollywood behind her and even Never Trump Republicans?
