Snowden. There's a difference between National Security and National Embarrassment. Government agencies have yet to figure that out, but fortunately, Snowden did.

Whether what he asserts happens, which I seriously doubt, did not give him the right or the moral authority to do what he did.
He released information that seriously damaged national security. He violated the order he signed to not disclose secrets or the methods used in obtaining the information.
