He kills another woman 3 months after his release! The incompetence of our nations judges borders on criminal incompetence, everyone involved in letting this guy out should pay a heavy price for this.
There is no mention of this case at all on cnn, but six stories on snl mocking trump on their front page and many stories of the how illegals are upset over deportation of felons and a story on what a great job the judges are doing in blocking trump
The Grove City Division of Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of 21-year-old Ohio State University student Reagan Tokes.
Tokes’ body was discovered in Scioto Grove Metro Park Thursday afternoon. Police say she appeared to have died from gunshot wounds to the head.
Police arrested Brian Lee Golsby, who is charged with aggravated murder, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated robbery.
In 2010, Golsby was arrested after robbing a woman and then robbing and raping another woman 2 weeks later in the same apartment complex parking lot. The victim said her toddler was in the car with her when she was assaulted.
Grove City Police Sgt. Chris White said Golsby had just gotten out of prison in November 2016 after serving 6 years for rape and kidnapping in a Grove City case. He is a registered sex offender in Franklin County.
Empty all of the nonviolent drug offenders out of prison, make convicts serve full sentences and make them perform hard labor. No televisions and no weights.

No kidding huh? There is all of this outrage and gnashing of teeth that this illegal immigrant mother (who was also an identity thief) was deported but almost nothing about this.
You are right about our legal system though. We are WAY too lenient. There should be accountability as well!! If a judge gives someone a short sentence and they go out and kill somebody again, they should be removed from the bench and we should remove the immunity judges have from civil lawsuits!
I agree completely, of course cnn and the msm probably wont cover this case and certainly wont blame our amazing legal system. How in the hell do you let a guy out ever, much less after 6 years when he rapes a woman in front of her toddler and robs another woman.

As for the case in question, the guy should have rotten behind bars forever, at best. That being said, I have a good friend in the legal system who interacts with judges all the time. Quite frankly, a lot of them are nuts. Some of them are far too lenient on criminals, which must have happened here. Others are far too strict to the point of ruining people's lives over nothing.
This is how we get to be a nation with more people in prison than almost any other nation on the planet and STILL are somehow letting the wrong people go while, at the same time, letting people rot for years for stupid, petty offenses.

I was just saying how pathetic cnn is. Their front page right now is filled with so called heartbreaking stories of what trump is doing to immigrant communities, 6 stories on snl bashing trump, a story on bernie sanders bashing trump, a story on women playing college football etc. but nothing on something insane as this . This criminal was let out after just 6 years and killed a woman within three months!
I dont care who takes up law and order and serious judicial reform , if its a democrat cracking down on the panty-waist judges letting violent people out, I will vote for them.
