Something was obviously cut from the video. Unless the film crew over at CNN had a brief technical glitch, something is missing. Is it important? Don't know; depends what was cut.

Here's the thing about Bernie Sanders; he does not support Obamacare. Under Obamacare, this woman would have to pay health insurance (which her employees do not currently have, I'm guessing) and Bernie said that under the current system where healthcare is mostly provided by employers, he feels that she does have a responsibility to pay healthcare. Did that answer her question? Well, sort of. She said she can't expand her business and said she can, but she has to pay healthcare for her employees. He said she wasn't going to like the answer. But it's still worth noting Sanders' view on Obamacare; he wants universal healthcare, which Obamacare is not. If he were given free reign to make the call on healthcare, this woman would likely not have the same problem.

I supported Sanders but this is the most frustrating thing about him. He still feels compelled to defend Obamacare even when he knows it's still a failed system. And yes, your concern over the video is legit.

That's deplorable! Why should a business owner make a profit! Off of employees yet!

That was a funny clip and speaks to the end game of Bernieism, now being embraced by the Establishment Democrats. Progressives don't think business owners should even want to make a profit. In the minds of Progressives, business owners' sole purpose in running a business is to make their employees lives better not their own lives.

You might want to look up socialism if you throw it around so much. Esp bad choice considering in most socialist states proving employee healthcare wouldn't be an issue she needed to worry about.

she can prob wait until her business gets that big before confronting problems that dont exist yet. I'm worried about the inheritance tax for my children, but I don't have 5mm in assets yet. Does that mean I should stop trying to get there? Can we stop with the huge problems with hypothetical realities. Just like stupid Joe the plumber who was worried about a marginal tax bracket increase for a business he didn't even own and didn't know difference between net and gross revenue.
If Your Daddy really does brig back all these jobs nobody is going to be wanting one without healthcare, so mayb she should try to figure out a way to offer better benefits to attract better employees.

And besides this is all moot discussion anyway. Daddy has his new ACA replacement ready for day one right? Better and cheaper and covering everyone beautifully? You guys bought that lie too.

I really would like to meet these evil people you refer to. And this is rich coming from the crew that wants to burn the world down so that a bunch of under educated spoiled factory workers and miners can get back long gone jobs they feel are thier birthright for being born white males.

Her next store gets her past 50, and that store, under ACA, won't open. Nor should it, as it reduces total profitably by adding massive costs to the existing 5 stores, too.
