Where to start....
First, let's start with the fact that Trump isn't a conservative. He's a populist that has tailored his message to win the backing of conservatives and the GOP. My guess, if the DNC hadn't decided early on that Hillary was the heir apparent, he would have just as likely tried to run as a Democrat with a completely different set of campaign promises.
Now, let's go through your list.
He hasn't banned any media. CNN is still on the air in case you didn't know it. Additionally, the First doesn't ensure access to the POTUS, it only guarantees the press isn't banned from having a voice to report. He could permanently ban CNN from the press room and not violate the First, but once he says they cant report at all or can't report specific topics, that's different.
Making protesting a killable offense? Put down the bottle.
Finally, he can tell his employees they aren't allowed to discuss work matters to the press just the same as a company can. They are free to quit and disclose any non-classified information they choose.
IDK, trying to not wish ill will on people like that, but it gets tough at times. In the attempt at showing humanity to someone even if they aren't worth it is challenging at times.
