Show us where, in that LAW, there is any provision for a review of any action taken by the President regarding immigration!
The Constitution overrules that law.

And he would have to have a basis to make the proclamation. And when he omits banning immigrants in this restriction/ban from a nation that actually did produce terrorists (911) because he clearly does business with that nation, of course his motives and conflicts of interest are going to come into play and be questioned.

You have that backwards. Republicans and the Trump regime are the ones refusing to follow laws.

You're still reposting 8 USC 1182? Well, bless your soul.

As a change of pace, you may want to read this.

Constitution for the United States - We the People

For the time being at least, our Constitution is the ultimate authority.

Legislation gets passed all the time that is later is determined by the courts to be unconstitutional.

Posting 8 USC 1182 constantly is not going to change that.

The courts are still the ultimate authority on whether legislation is constitutional.

Sorry.

Show us where the Constitution states the Constitutionality of any law can't be challenged.

Didn't work out so well for him.
