Anyways, fact, guys like Haley Barbour and Louie Gohmert have much more in common with the old Jim Crow Democrats than they did to the typical northeastern style Republican ala George H W Bush or Arlen Specter. I should note that Specter eventually became a Democrat not wanting to be part of the party of Tom DeLay, Trent Lott and co.

Not unless they were unisex bathrooms - which - his properties don't have.
As people have said, this is about SCHOOLS. Not other places where adults can deal with their own issue. It was wrong to put this burden on their shoulders and make anyone, adults, teens and children, feel they were BAD for not wanting to share private spaces with people they know to be the opposite sex. The whole idea is crazy making.
