I certainly don't agree with Pence as far as his policy positions but I don't think that he's insane and I wouldn't spend the next four years being afraid to watch the news

You do realize having his NSA resign less than a month into his dumpster fire of an administration for problems dealing with being to close to Russia while your Daddy is plagued by same rumors is kind of a big deal, no???

As someone posted...anyone who believes that conversion therapy works to turn gays into straights is not smart not a student of the human heart...
But I don't think he is a Putin putz...

What we are forgetting is that Trump's friend Paul Manafort has been a lobbyists for Russian interests via the former Ukraine leader...
Trump and Roger Stone and Manafort have been in each other's business for decades...
So Trump has had a hidden agenda w/Russia and likely has many other bad stinks will come out.

That language does seem rather dramatic doesn't it?

What's one more lie to Trump? The actual phonemail content while embarrassing wasn't that dramatic, even with the niggling tie back to Russia. Sure, Pence would not have been pleased but since few would have doubted his word he really garnered the sympathy vote. Plus, as time passed with new crises a rehash of the phone calls would have lost news value - with less worth as "blackmail."

It wouldn't be surprising if the language in the Justice Department leak was carefully chosen to hint that there's more. Rather, along the lines of why the Russian Dossier was briefed in a way that almost certainly guaranteed it would leak reducing the chances that ongoing investigations could be suppressed by the Trump administration.

Agree, Senator Franken was already on it by encouraging investigation into his undisclosed business ties to Russia.
