You're right, illegal aliens (who you euphemistically refer to as undocumented immigrants ) are entitled to due process, but it's not as simplistic as you try make it seem above. One key word that you got right is IN. Physically being IN the U.S. matters.

You need to study U.S. Law. You are wrong. Foreigners who are legally here in the U.S. definitely are covered by our laws. If a U.S. citizen is in another country, he is not protected by our laws. I've met many foreign nationals who live here on visas and they work and own property in the U.S.
They are foreigners, but if they apply to come here through proper legal channels, they DO have a right to be here.
Why would you think they do not? Did your foreigner parents not have a right to move here?

They don't have a right to come here until approved to come here. We also have a right to change our policies of admission.
Just because everyone is an immigrant or descendant of an immigrant doesn't mean everyone in the world has a right to move here today.
P.S. Why is it that so many liberals claim that Inuit, Native Americans, etc...aren't descendants of immigrants? It seems that anyone with a basic education understands that no humans originated here as all humans came out of Africa originally AND that Native Americans came here in waves.

All foreigners know that at point of entry they can be denied access. That is on all visa paperwork and on an ESTA as well.
I know famous athletes who had a conviction without spending time in prison who got denied at point of entry and had to go back while their team was allowed to play in the USA.
We aren't desperate for additional citizens. We have plenty here already. What is it with the Left wanting to flood our nation with waves of non-assimilating immigrants?
How about we take a breather, and keep the annual number allowed to what the law says. Just enough to keep the population at a constant or slightly increasing number.

Our laws and constitution do not apply to them if they are non-citizens (including green card holders/legal permanent residents) outside the U.S.
And they are not considered legally inside the U.S. unless and until they are officially admitted by border and customs officials at our airports and other ports of entry, or until they sneak into the country (but illegal immigration has nothing to do with Trump's executive order).
Non-citizens outside the U.S. are not entitled to a hearing.
Trump's order pertains to people outside the U.S.A.

The State Department doesn't have to issue visas to anyone from those countries -- or any other countries for that matter -- so the EO is (effectively) in effect, and will hopefully remain so permanently.
