I know at least one foreigner who has a right to enter the United States, and I know there are others who have the same right. These people are a subset of all foreigners, some who have "ZERO" right to come to the US" others who do have a legal right to enter the US.
However, I disagree that going around in these silly circles serves any productive purpose...
More productive is properly addressing the question of what best immigration policy should be adopted by the United States, and/or which foreigners should be allowed into the U.S. and which should not, whether by way of legal right, privilege or permission.
Please enlighten us as which foreigner has a legal right to enter US?
Xenophobia doesn't mean anything to some people who are a subset of all people, just like racism and sexism have little meaning to some people as compared to the subset of people who are victim of xenophobia, racism and sexism.
Perhaps there are also people who don't know people who are xenophobic, racist or sexist, but I do! They too exist no matter how stubbornly people want to argue or believe otherwise!
Another subset of people are those who like to keep their head in the sand when it comes to these problems, these forms of intolerance and prejudice, wishing they just didn't exist, but they do. This is the simple truth no matter how many times anyone wants to argue otherwise...
Typically, the subset of people who think xenophobia doesn't exist, for example, are very typically older white males who don't really know foreigners very well. They don't really associate or interact with people who look, talk, dress, cook and act differently than they do, let alone have any family relatives who are foreigners. This subset of people typically sees diversity as a form of losing "their" country, their culture. Speaking a foreign language is considered a negative rather than a positive. Immigrants are part of what makes America worse rather than better.
Put another way, this subset of people who think xenophobia "doesn't mean anything anymore" are people who don't get out much and when they do, they hope they don't see too much sign of foreigners in their midst. Or so it seems given those I happen to know, and/or the subset of some Trump supporters I listen to on TV...

There was an Iraqi interpreter that was denied entry to the US that had been working right alongside the military for several years that was denied entry because of the ban a few weeks ago, he was put on a hit list by the terrorists.
But you're right we can't let people like this into the US as they don't have rights, best to type on the keyboard cower in the corner about this enormous threat. Imagine if some of the several thousand soldiers with green cards were denied entry back into the US, perfectly legal and perfectly stupid.
But the constitution and Trump are on your side, great victory.
