This might be President Trump's signature quote:

"The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer."

Since this tactical move has gone over your head, I'll explain it. Well, assuming you have time to read it between handing out typo tickets.

With the left flooding town hall meetings with demonstrators and most of the media doing their best to alter the perception of public opinion, Trump must worry about supportvin Congress from members who feel uneasy about their position. Trump needs to show the huge number of supporters showing up at these type of events to build faith in congress. He's in a PR war that may decide close votes in the house or senate. He must answer the attacks or lose key battles when congress votes on legislation he supports.
Whatever you think.

Perhaps he would do better to garner support in congress by actually taking the role of the prez seriously, stop whining about the media constantly, and take responsibility for his own actions. Holding a re-election rally in the first month as president isn't really going to do anything to build faith in congress.

They know he has a supportive base. It is the rest of the country that they are worried about, since a lot of them either 1. didn't vote in the last election, or 2. voted for someone other than trump. If they are in line to face an election in 2018, they would be "waivering" big time.

Talking President Trump announced he will have a RALLY in Melbourne, Florida this Saturday!

The Koch bros are paying locals to show up posing as supporters.

No. Trump has filed for his re-election campaign in 2020 already. So that means that campaign staff are not being paid out of his presidential budget and the taxpayers are not on the hook for ALL the expenses associated with an event like this.

Too funny you should say that, considering the ghetto rabble-rouser we had the last eight years. He never had a job, and zero skills. LOL

Of course the Donald has not forgotten you. He needs you to cheer him on at some more rallies to feed his narcissistic supply.

It's Ground Hog Day and the birther-in-chief wants to redo the campaign over and over and over and over again. He also reminds me of the Norman Desmond character in Sunset Boulevard.
