So, get your Pub prez, congress and court to "lock her up!"

What are they afraid of? The GOP owns America now. Nothing stands in their way. It's what Trumplings want more than anything. Are they chicken?

Maybe she and Flynn could be cellmates.

Let us not forget Trump's position just a couple of weeks ago.

Trump CIA speech transcript - CBS News

And your whole group, these are really special, amazing people. Very, very few people could do the job you people do. And I want to just let you know, I am so behind you. And I know maybe sometimes you haven’t gotten the backing that you’ve wanted, and you’re going to get so much backing. Maybe you’re going to say, please don’t give us so much backing. (Laughter.) Mr. President, please, we don’t need that much backing. (Laughter.) But you’re going to have that. And I think everybody in this room knows it.

How quickly this thin skinned ego driven President pivot?

I wonder if the President's Daily Brief now contains passages about how intelligent and wonderful the Dear Leader is?

Ultimately, he had to disclose the White House audiotaping system, the missing minutes from the tapes, & on & on.

As Nixon staff member after member went to court & was found guilty, the net closed in on Nixon. His resignation staved off a guilty verdict. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waterg...al#Resignation for a timeline & details.

The break-in was merely the tip of the iceberg. Nixon showed himself willing to suborn or subvert the entire federal apparatus, in order to shield himself from the law.
Trump is doing the same thing, the key is we do not see the big fish yet.

This is all so obvious, a blind man could see it.
I am no legal scholar and neither are you, but he may, repeat, may have violated the Logan Act which would a felony:

The Logan Act is a 1799 statute that bars private citizens from interfering with diplomatic relations between the United States and foreign governments. It makes it a felony, punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to three years, if an American citizen, without government authorization, interacts “with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States.”

I'm going wait until those whose job and education involves interpreting and applying Federal Law to make their decision. Though without the Justice Department, due to Sessions, I doubt this will go very far. Party over country, and all that. Neither side is immune.

That's not how it works. If LE suspects an individual of, say, drug trafficking, they get a warrant to tap his calls. If one of his callers, a US citizen, is overheard either buying or selling drugs to the suspect, that can be used against him in a court of law and a basis for arrest and no additional warrant needs to be obtained.

Sad really.
They will side with anything or anyone they perceive will damage Trump, they hate him that much.

It is ironic, but I doubt they are capable of seeing that either.

She wasn't "cleared" of anything. Those investigations were stonewalled by her cohorts on the left, and Comey announced her "carelessness" publicly but knew better than to try and suggest she be prosecuted when he knew it would never happen, it being his hide and all if he made her look "bad."
