I'd recommend Planned Parenthood to anyone. It's been a true lifesaver for many women. And men.

True - when I lived in rural southern Ohio I traveled to the big city to access Planned Parenthood's services. Now it has a satellite clinic in the town where I lived.

Don't bother - that particular person seems to think that women just driving or walking past Planned Parenthood run in to get abortions on the fly.
Thank you for your answer.

This is what I hear overwhelmingly is that the services they provide other than abortions are much needed.

I think if we can provide centers to help women be safe, healthy and have a venue to discuss options, we might continue to lower the rate of abortions.

We all know you're fond of "saying" that , but perhaps YOU could explain why Black women still have a 5 times higher abortion rate than White women, even though PP and their contraception services specifically target minority neighborhoods.

Nope. Not answered at all. Why do Black women, who have much more access to PP contraception services because PP facilities specifically target minority neighborhoods, still have a 5 times higher abortion rate than White women?

Because PP keeps sending them those "Buy one abortion, get one half-off" coupons. Obviously.

This is no joking matter. Any surgical intervention carries a risk, and women have died from or been rendered barren by botched abortions.

Oh, and liberals refused to let Texas impose the same medical and safety standards on PP's surgical abortion clinics as they do any other ambulatory surgery center. Why? Women are completely disposable to them.

Nope. No one ever stated an answer as to why Black women, who have MUCH more access to PP's contraception services as PP facilities specifically target minority neighborhoods, have a 5 times higher abortion rate than White women.

State your answer as to why with much more access to contraception services, their abortion rates are even higher.

populations, numbers. hard to compare results from population of millions to populations of hundreds or a few thousand.

You're not wrapping your head around the facts. Black women have much more access to PP's contraception services than White women just based on where PP's facilities are located: overwhelmingly in minority neighborhoods. So with all that access to contraception, why are Black women's abortion rates still 5 times higher than White women's abortion rates?

Why does access to more services yield a negative result among the minority population?
