Like Children of Men, its vision of the future has political teeth. In passing, we see massive lines of Latino deportees at an intimidating border wall. The mutant minority has mostly died out, and a Limbaugh-esque radio host says he’s sick of talking about their extinction. We learn of an American biotech firm that’s exploiting the uneven relationship between the U.S. and Mexico by setting up a lab conducting horrific experiments south of the border. Their victims are overwhelmingly black and brown — but so are nearly all of the non-Wolverine heroes of the movie. As is true of most great X-Men stories, the film is a story about the forgotten, the desperate, and the marginalized finding strength in one another. Logan is a superpowered protest against Trumpism — and a chillingly effective one, at that.

What the hell's a "brown"? Someone with that skin color can be an anglo white, a Hispanic, lighter skin Black or even Asian.
Too: many "people of color" are pasty skin white; I'm talking some Asians, many "Hispanics" and so on. So it's possible for an anglo white to have darker skin than a "poc". What a bad joke.
Good point, most likely filmed before November, when everyone thought Hillary was going to win.
Some people believed the latest Purge movie, one of the characters was loosely based on Hillary. I don't know if that is true or not, this thread just reminded me of that.

Yeah, the "victims" are brown. Tell that to the families of those murdered by illegals. Tell that to those extorted, raped, or murdered by MS-13 gang memebers. Tell that to all of those who have lost a son or daughter to drugs that came across the border.
And there is of courst that constant liberal hypocrisy of a movie in which all of the heros are black or brown, except the white savior in the middle.
I am done with liberal farm animals. I am a lifetime Wolverine fan and will not even consider seeing this. Let's have a movie in which he is killing coyotes, drug dealers and MS-13 gang members on the border, and maybe they get my dollar back.
