How is my statement incorrect? I also asked a few questions that you could answer if you know the answers.

I learned a little about OSHA in college and there is a presence at my job since I work in a lab. Since when does OSHA influence dumping that would typically fall under the EPA?

I was agreeing with you.

We can tell my54ford is full of it because we've invested the time necessary to find out what OSHA 3114 is actually about.

I'm actually sort of impressed that anything concrete was cited though. Usually they just rant and rave about burdensome regulations, but make no attempt at all to support their assertions.

Oh, sorry. It's late and I guess I'm used to people disagreeing with me on this forum. Glad to know I'm not out in left field. I was surprised to see him mention OSHA.

Also, we don't appreciate clean water until there isn't any. See Flint.

Rivers Regulation Law Scrapped
1. Trump cannot and did not overturn any law.

2. Removing the ridiculous regulations on coal is a good thing.

3. This has nothing to do with clean water.
