The school has no girls team. Function of declining RCC school attendance, which IMO having grown up RCC, accelerated sharply due to RCC pedophilia issues.

Well there is that plus the fact Catholic school tuition is no longer free (long as you attended Mass regularly and put an envelope each week in the plate when passed), nor necessarily inexpensive.


Schools are charging ten, twenty or more grand per year in tuition. For many New Jersey parents as across the river in New York City area who are already being raped in taxes the local public school is often a better option for part or all of a child's education.


NJ in particular where property taxes are highest in the nation, many public schools from elementary through high are often quite good. So unless there is some other reason to choose Catholic, parents don't.
