If there is no easy money then the market is an excellent indicator how business people and investors see the future.

Yellen is talking about raising rate and not renewing the short term bond, which mean money will withdraw from the market.

It's extremely easy to take a sample and represent it as the norm.

The reality is, many people have been benefiting from the status quo that's been bankrupting this nation. Do do the things that are necessary, might cut their benefits a bit.

Newsflash America is 20 TRILLION dollars in Debt. What we've been doing hasn't been working. All Obama did post 2008 financial collapse was blow up the bubble and pat these vested interests that caused the collapse on the back.

Time to wake up and smell the coffee to reality. Yes there are plenty living in a dream land, and many are in that picture

It seems that everything the 45 supporters on here say is opposite of reality.

I think this article from right before the election explains some of this disconnect:

"How the hell can anybody call themselves intelligent when they’re supporting Donald Trump? It’s a question that baffles people who are able to think critically, able to read and comprehend both history and current events, and able to see through Trump’s thin façade of know-it-all-ism and deep into what he is – an ignorant, narcissistic, and dangerous ******.

Trump supporters not only don’t see this, they’re happy that there’s someone running for president that thinks exactly like them. Take Melanie Austin, of Brownsville, Pennsylvania. She thought her beliefs about Obama being a gay Muslim from Kenya and Michelle being transgender were just fringe beliefs – right up until she started hearing similar stuff from Trump and other right-wing extremists.

Now she knows she’s right about all of this. You can’t tell her that she’s ignorant and dumb if she can’t figure this out for herself. You can’t tell her she’s delusional. You can sit there with her, and countless others like her, and present facts, figures, charts, studies, and more, all from the most reputable sources there are, and prove that her lord and savior is wrong, and you’ll still get shot down..."

$6 trillion of that is Dubya's failed middle east wars. Boy, did THOSE make America more secure.

The rest? Courtesy of the GOP congress. Just for the sake of accuracy, the GOP has controlled congress for 18 of the past 22 years. And it's congress that does the budgeting and spending. Of course, you already knew that.

And now...

Well, now the GOP owns ALL of America. WH, congress, courts, state houses. Everything that happens after January 20th belongs to them exclusively.

EVERYTHING.

Let's stay tuned and see how these economic geniuses "make America great again."

Are you tired of winning yet?
