Its not just because she's married to the most famous man in world history.
She has even more power in her speeches than Ivanka, and Ivanka is a future President.

I agree, I think the word STRONG is the first word that comes to mind when I see her speaking.
She is a great role model for women because she doesn't try to play the victim when people are trying to destroy her.
And she has been mocked continuously.
I've seen very loud and brash women, and when people speak rudely about them they crumble and play the victim.
Melania Trump is quiet, confident, classy and STRONG.
She can take anything, it would appear.

Why are Republicans in victim mode so much right now?
I would say she appears to be gracious and forgiving while she overlooks the slights that have been directed at her and her son, yet stays on her course. Social media, tv comedians, and the press have gone where they shouldn't. I admit her Eastern European accent is grating and she seems shy but there is no reason she can't grow in her role.
Looking back, Michelle Obama started off with naysayers but her children were not attacked. I did not care for her choice in clothing but through time I got used to it or she softened her look. Or both. She seemed to be sincere, although political, and I can't argue with her platform of eating and living healthily. Some people probably kept on the negative until the bitter end, but I think most warmed up to her as time went by.
So hopefully Melania will grow in her role in time and that most people warm up to her as well.

I don't think you realize how many people are talking about President Trump every day. There has never been a person with this much attention on him, ever. And we're in the early stages of his 8 years in the White House.
