I have noticed that liberals are pretending that they were the winners of the latest elections.

I guess they are denial, because look who won. Republicans, Republicans, Republicans and more Republicans.

They are bashing whites who didn't graduate from universities with lots of debt and work in cyclical sectors.

I can't wait till the liberals denial turns to shock for them when they find that this still a country of overwhelmingly conservative values unlike what the leftists think.

Many of them are pretending that they won the elections with their smug elitest mentality of cable networks.

They are really bashing the heartland, Appalachia, southerners and people on the plains like never before.

I love the stories bashing people from middle-America when the quality of life in much of middle-America is much better for the average worker then the big cities on the liberal coasts.

Everyday the liberal media floods their websites with garbage trashing people who live in the Midwest and South just because they are sour that the Midwest and South have far more electoral votes then the coasts.

The Trump America which is middle-America has a massive-middle class and is not overwhelmed with people crowded like sardines like certain liberal cities.

Your points are exactly why they are acting as they are.

They got all comfy being the PC police in power of group think and identity politics... which all seemingly vanished in the blink of an eye.

This is exactly how this country rolled over on Carter and the left. Even Carter didn't screw the Democrats as badly as Obama did, which is why Reagan was so effective. There was still a balance of power. Now... not so much.

THAT was so out of place and disconnected. You had a "I know you are but what am I" moment.

They are frustrated because they have no control over what is happening.

Really, no control ? Fasten your seat belt, friend, you are in for a bumpy ride if you think the masses are powerless. This has just begun and we are already seeing cracks in the wall. You might say it isn't true, but you guys would not be protesting us so much if you didn't realize the truth. I see desperation in so many of the posts your side makes.

This isn't just a few people upset, it is way more than that.

It is called cognitive dissonance:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_dissonance

They know that they have lost at every level of government, but really, really feel that they should have won. It is pyschologically comforting to resolve this contradiction by behaving as if they won.

Sounds like you're tired of winning.
