Dems need to get a new message. They should have taken a hint from Bern last year; every election is about the economy. Instead, they ignored that obvious concern that touches 99.9% of the voting public and emphasized fringe issues that only concern maybe 12 - 15% of the public.

In the GA 6th, they stuck to the losing message and they lost - again.

Time to wake up, DNC.

Time to listen to the public.

Time to return to the issues that working families have an intense interest in. THE ECONOMY, JOBS, INCOME FAIRNESS

The simple and obvious reality is that many and perhpas MOST families are still in worse shaope today than they were 10 years ago, as a result of the Great Recession. Add 6 years of obstructionist GOP control of congress and it's easy to see why recovery has been so weak and sputtering, yet you refuse to put this burning issue at the front of your priorities.

Hint- those issues do not include:

a) increasing the number of Muslim refugees you think we should take in
b) gay marriage
c) "rights" for illegal immigrants
d) more restrictive gun controls

As you've seen but not learned, those are losing issues. Win control and put yourselves in a governing position, THEN address those things after the real economic issues are taken care of.
