There are black police officers , judges , Congress men , you name it , we have a diversity . Are you saying those black officials are also targeting blacks?
What you and all other black and all other people of any race need to do ....is focus on YOU . You are an individual , not a race bonded to one another by skin color .

Even if I gave you all that, it still doesn't equate to 900,000. Not even close. Again, this number is more than nations that have hundreds of millions of people in them. How can you find 900,000 criminals out of 40 million, yet I can't find that number out of nations that have 1 billion people? By the way, black people could have a higher murder rate, but white people probably have a higher rate of rape, theft, etc. All these crimes will land a person in prison. Plus a murder rate wouldn't take into account how many people were murdered by the same person. For instance, what would be the murder rate for black vs white in terms of mass murder?
Again, ultimately none of this stuff matters. There are over 700,000 white people in jail, and I don't believe most of them are hardened criminals. The US have a prison problem, but most glaringly it has a racism problem against black people.

It's not true that "Black people pay a heavier price for white criminality, than the other way around". That claim is contradicted both by the crime stats (showing that Black-on-White crimes of "completed violence" are 20 times as common as the reverse) and by people's other actions. Blacks want to move to where white people are; whites want to move away from blacks. If your claim were true, it would be the other way around.
You can skip over the past 150 years, but even if you want to refer to slave-ownership as criminality (which is reasonable by today's standards), you have to face the fact that all of that slavery was the result of Africans enslaving other Africans and selling them to slave traders. Slavery wasn't a white/black thing as you represent it. And it ended 152 years ago.
Plus a murder rate wouldn't take into account how many people were murdered by the same person.
Murder rates are the amount of people killed, convictions are separate.

This one is difficult because of the definition of mass murderer. The standard is 4 or more people killed. In this category blacks outpace whites. It's a 1:3.3 ratio based on the data in linked article, if there was parity it would be a 6:1 ratio.

The numbers to me , indicate , blacks are committing more crime .
Cities - cities are the explanation. Cram them full of white folks living under the yoke of poverty and move the blacks to rural areas and suburbs and you'll see the white prison population explode.
Maybe and maybe not. I don't live under assumptions.
