It appears information revealed by a recently retired whistle blower from NOAA, Dr. John Bates, has prompted Congress to investigate NOAA. A subpoena has been issued demanding answers to questions presented to NOAA. The subpoena also demands production of all communications regarding a controversial scientific paper which influenced the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change, as well as their climate data sets, and other information dating clear back to 2009.
