Following closely on the heals of a similar desecration, a Jewish cemetery in Philadelphia was attacked. Over 100 gravestones were vandalized. Some weighing more than a ton were toppled. I can't fathom the level of hate needed to do this.
Why is there so much hatred directed at Jewish people? I was raised in a Catholic household and was taught to have the upmost respect for Jews. Jesus was a Jew! This is just ridiculous.

This breaks my heart, I am nominally Catholic (I don't really practice) but I firmly believe that everyone (including Muslims and Jews) has the right to practice their faith in this country ... and even be openly atheist if that if their desire.
I don't understand how many can have this much hate towards other people. This wave of vandalism directed towards Jewish cemeteries, temples, and community centers combined with exploding hate crimes directed against racial minorities is just depressing. It's not who we are. It's not what this country is about. Not to bring politics into it but it's rather obvious why this is happening. A certain someone needs to come right out and very, very, very strongly condemn this WITHOUT first being prodded by a media host. Saying "I disavow, I disavow OK!" after being prompted by the interviewer is not good enough. He needs to make it clear that Hispanics, Muslims, Jews, etc have a place in this country and that his more militant supporters need to get over their ignorance.

I appreciate the online support. I am soomeone who is quite levelo-headed and not a believer in conspiracies. I am afraid the Jews' time in both Europe (time long past) and the U.S. may be about over.
