Given their juvenile personalities it wouldn't surprise me. Of course, they'll look like total idiots for doing it but that has never stopped them from acting like angry 5th grade girls.

It could be another rambling, vague speech where he boasts about himself and runs down others or this could be the long awaited "pivot" where he presents his vision for the future.
Time will tell.
