Wrong, wrong, wrong. Employees should not film customers. Every section of that store already has video surveillance. They can zoom in to catch his face, etc.
That would be up to Walmart. It's there business. It may or may not be in their employee handbook
Anyway, from what I've gathered it looks like an old fashion case of a racist douchebag. Not much more.
I guess it could have been worse. Usually Walmart YouTube videos are full of really out of control racists of all colors. This guy was a pretty calm racist LOL.

Does anyone make a distinction between a person issuing a racist comment vs a racist. Or are they one and the same?
So if a person says, oopherectomy, does that make them a doctor?
customer was labeled 'racist' in the title, based on comment.
If a person uses a gang sign, does that mean they belong to a gang and hold the values of a gang?
I guess so.
You guess so?
The guy goes to the trouble of singling out people by their RACE to vilify in a public place and you think there's a distinction to be made between him making a racist comment and actually being a racist?
A) Trying to blame the victim.
B) Excusing the man's bigotry.
C) Automatically assuming the woman is undocumented. She's a US citizen.
At least you didn't blame Soros for the incident. If nothing else, Trumpers stick together through think and thin.
What are you talking about? Bad behaviour and jumping to conclusions, etc. are not condoned at all by most people, regardless of their politics (I HOPE).
But speaking of that .. as I said .. jumping to conclusions .. umm you did. Should I condone that?
