If only there had been a prolonged drought so they could assess the structure and make any repairs ..

Too busy screwing California citizens and legal immigrants by focusing all his efforts protecting illegals. All Oroville needs to do is tell him that an illegal is living near the dam, no doubt he'd send every resource available.
