Putin and Russian actively work against democratic interests in the west (and have done so for years). They murder detractors, they manipulate, intimidate, overthrow and invade their smaller neighbors. They strangle any semblance of free press. In short Putin stands for Fascism and firmly against capitalism. He's a billionaire, crook, potentate who rules the largest country in the world with an iron glove.

...and some wonder why we are not friends. You need to enlarge your media sources or do some research. Better yet talk to a Russian or Ukrainian here - you will see.

The same effort can be made by man, against his fellow man as well. Be that neighbor against neighbor, nation against nation, religion against religion, ideology against ideology.

In the same way, that I, at times may wish to utilize a portion of my backyard that has a large fire ant mound.......I can simply drop a little bit of poison nearby, and let them do the work, while I do something more constructive in the meantime.

It is on display here on this forum, in the media, everywhere one looks these days. So much so, the damage being done to ourselves, goes practically unnoticed.
