They know the day Trump won the election that the only thing they could do was to turn public opinion against him which would put pressure on him and add a big question mark to everything he proposes.

What we will accept, DS, is the TRUTH, wherever that takes us. Trump needs no help from outsiders to "delegitimize" anything he does, he is an expert in creating problems for himself. If the dumb SOB would simply sit down, shut up, and try to act half way normal, he would not have half of these problems facing him and his administration. He has brought all of it on himself, but you will never accept that.
The witch hunt is also a circus , getting the list of names who are supposedly connected to the Russians.. did they look at Barron yet?
Well, we know Flynn met with the Russian ambassador and lied about it. Yates testified under oath about this and Flynn's "underlying behavior" (yet to be disclosed publicly) and Trump fired Flynn for lying to Pence about this. So, it is not false, or "fake news" and an investigation into why Flynn did this is not a witch hunt. Neither is looking into Manafort's connections, which he was not upfront about either and hence, them both stating that they would retroactively register as foreign agents (which Manafort still has not done).
Democrats and liberals and RINO's are setting themselves up for a major disappointment. Mike Flynn will pay for his sins, the DNC will be exposed for having lax IT security, Russia will be fingered for being naughty spymasters, and President Trump will remain unscathed.
This is exactly what the final investigation report will tell us. Anyone want to wager?
I disagree. If that is all the investigation finds then the investigation will just continue indefinitely so it can serve as a dark cloud over Trump's re-election chances. There will be no final report that does not implicate Trump himself in something, so if there is nothing to implicate him in the final report will never be issued. At least not while Trump is president.
