What are some things you think should be illegal or to an extent are but should be given much harsher punishment? A few I can think of:

Alcohol.
Cigarettes.
Men that harass women should be given minimum 5-10 years in prison.
Men that deceive women should be given hard labor.
Weed.
Dip.
Lobbying.
Hate speech/racism said online.
Raising children to believe in one religion over all others
religious schools
For profit health insurance
Tenure
Scalpers
Gerrymandering
anti-vaxxers
Using Animals for food source and clothing etc.
Internal oversight of complaints against police.
The fact that corporations have and do have say in politics (for years) is something that should also be illegal. No under-the-table favors. No agendas. The country should not be run by the suits only caring about their money over the benefit of the people that live there. If there turns out to be any influence that lead to national decisions, it should be immediately stamped out and the people behind this should have the book thrown at them.

Women that try to use their feminine wiles to get things out of men, in particular when they use them to try to get out of tickets.

lets just do this, lets make everything illegal, and met out a punishment where everyone is in jail for life. taht way the government can control the people completely.

I'm against the state locking people up for anything that doesn't harm other people.

You sound like a man hater. Unfortunately for you, men would be needed to enforce any of that and we're just not going to do it.

Ah, the land of the free. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no women, no guns, no foul language, no red meat. (Escape From L.A. reference)
