Let's see. . . Barack Obama has been a public figure for over 10 years. He was POTUS for 8 years. During all that time, the GOP and right-wing nut cases tried everything in their power to uncover duplicitous and illegal activity on the part of Obama. When they couldn't find it, they invented it (birtherism, Obama's secret Muslim army that would impose Sharia law in the U.S., etc.). So far: Nada. So just how statistically likely is it that Barack Obama was involved in some nefarious plot to wiretap and take down Donald Trump?
IF this is true, and the wiretap was ordered and approved under FISA, why would Obama be arrested?
I would guess it would depend upon an investigation of the circumstances of such a wiretap.
I cannot believe Obama would not have had a layer of decision making between he and such an order.
If he had judges sign off on the order...and I'm not an expert on these things but if a judge signed off that means there was sufficient reason for those taps...then Trump is in trouble for tweeting this out.
Obama did order spying on the Trump organization while the campaign was going on.Obama was in collusion using spy tactics for Hillary to get her elected.
Are the Lefties so blind that they cannot imagine their heroes Obama and Hillary doing any wrong?
The media has given them both huge passes on stories that would be front page news if it were a Republican.
This is really getting ridiculous. If you pull back the rug under any of these DC politicians there will be dirt.
If this wiretap did exist, and if it was ordered under FISA, then Obama is not culpable.
If you want to show that Obama is culpable, you'll also have to show the wiretap was done for partisan reasons. If that turns out to be the case, then I promise I will be upset with Obama. Deal?
Also, the GOP impeached Clinton for lying about having an affair. If these accusations against Trump are proven true, that's far beyond what Clinton ever did.
The only thing proven so far.... is an ex-President, spying in on an opposing political parties affairs, by listening in on all calls from and to Trump Tower.
There is nothing illegal about talking to people around the world, no matter who they are. The first warrant attempt was denied and Obama went to another judge and got it approved, under what evidence a crime was being committed. Or just to spy on a opposing political parties campaign.
