Yes, because he's still saying that he was under surveillance. All he did was back off on the claim that he was wiretapped and that Obama personally ordered it. If he still insists that someone had him under improper surveillance, then the investigation has to go forward.

Yes, isn't it *convenient* that the WikiLeaks/CIA stuff came out about the Samsung TVs, cellphones, etc. Now Kellyanne can spin it that what Trump really meant was that the camera in his microwave oven was driven by Obama--NOT wiretapping.
