Do intelligence agencies need a warrant to monitor foreign communications via SIGINT? No physical wire tap on the premises needed.

"Trump, citing no evidence, accuses Obama of ‘Nixon/Watergate’ plot to wiretap Trump Tower"

"It has long been his practice to stir up new controversies to deflect attention from a damaging news cycle"

So ... I am supposed to vote in a poll about which fantasy I am supposed to believe?

We have mentally incompetent man in the 'southern White House' who, btw, cannot spell. I think he's confusing wire taps with tapas. Throw a net over Trump--he's gone off the deep end.

"Sacred election process?" This clown treated the election like a sacred Reality Show.

For a man whose mentor was sleazebag Roy Cohn, Joe McCarthy's assistant in the 50's witch hunts, to accuse others of McCarthyism is quite laughable. He apparently believes all Americans are as ignorant of history as his followers.

"...The President said: "How low has President Obama gone to tapp [sic] my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!"

...Mr Trump did not immediately provide evidence that Mr Obama was responsible for surveillance on his property...

...Ben Rhodes, a foreign policy adviser to Mr Obama, tweeted: "No President can order a wiretap. Those restrictions were put in place to protect citizens from people like you..."

"Presidents don't wiretap anyone. These are pursued by the Department of Justice in accordance with the FBI and signed off by a judge."

...Congressman Ted Lieu added: "Mr. President: If there was a wiretap at Trump Tower, that means a fed judge found probable cause of crime which means you are in deep s***..."

Donald Trump claims Barack Obama ordered 'wire tap' on Trump Tower, but provides no evidence | The Independent

How do you know what Trump has been told by the FBI, DOJ and CIA?

I see you have not post any links to your false accusations for back up.

He would have jumped at the chance to cite them as his source.

The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Quote:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
What was the probable cause if Trump's allegations on Twitter are true?

This sounds more like political back stabbing. Some are calling it Obamagate.

What do you think?
Where is the PROOF that President Obama ordered wiretapping of Trump's phone.

{.....crickets......}

Exactly....no proof

How do you?

Trump supporters are getting more desperate by the day. With more information coming out each day about Trump team's Russian connections I expect Trump to throw out wild accusations DAILY.

Given what we know of Trump, his inner circle and his Russian contacts, there may be probable cause for RICO, racketeering, influence peddling, Logan Act and others, either acts committed or conspiracy to commit same.
